I agree. It’s a very slick phone.

I’ll do anything to avoid the iphone, at&t and apple in general. I just bought the LX and am relatively happy it won’t really be much different than this new release.

The sidekick in general is not a bad device. In my opinion all they need to do is update the browser software to allow for side-scrolling so you can see pages more like they actually appear and they’ll be small steps behind the iphone. I still think the sidekick has some better features than the iphone, or rather the iphone is still rather limited.

I don’t like how’s it’s rectangular shape looks (ew) it just looks too bulky. And I’m wondering why everyone says “there won’t be as much features as the lx.” Then it’s not going to be so great huh?!

The sk can sidescroll already. If you hold “alt” and roll the trackball to the right or left, it will sidescroll.

I honestly think this device will be a big hit I’ve heard that it will have a camera unlike the id and i liked the idea of custimizable bumpers but the fact the id didnt have a camera made me hesitate to get t now an id2 with a camera and it can take videos incorparated into it is actully very nice im getting this sk for suree

ok this phone will be cool, except the fact it only has a two p camera. they just came out with 5 mp camer w/ video that is the same size. hello, new sidekick by christmas. also the sk is not on the top when it comes to function, touch screen and light up keys may. they need to chane their keys= key pad to a electostatic sensitive type w/ a back light. ok give it up for them trying to improve, but i will ot spend the $300 for one with minimal function when there are phones with top function for the same price. also think metal shells not cheap plastic, improve the battery life because the tech is out there, and improve the speakers. add more functions like GPS, you-tube, and a video downloading off the interne, make the phone an mp4 and then i will buy it. ps. hook up with motorola again but get them to make it slim, windowns has the ability to make it V9 slim and bc they will design the new chips, after the Gekko/Aspen or waht ever. PS. I’M TYPING ALL OF THES ON A Virgin mOBILE Phone. and we all knowe they suck, so i suggest t-mobile improves the SK or i will switch to VM who have the same rates.

i am seriously into sk but they kept talkin bout the camera and video camera but im wondering do they have mp3 player? the phone look good alright but if i find out it dont have an mp3 then i will go back about buying a sk slide, cuz itz smaller nd more portable, nd it look like more for a girl. mp3 is important too u guys!! lol. btw they need to add javascript so we can at lease listen to music from online.

Hop it is MUCH Cheaper cuz not every one can put 300 dollars just like that for a sidekick. It looks hot, only cuz the changable sides. But if they bring this out, they would drop the price for the other sidekicks like how they did with the lx when the scralet red slide came out.

well iphone is really great cause of its features but the sidekick is better because if ur on the iphone and ur texting u might press the wrong botton… and u have to erase it agian.. well i like the sidekick and im saving money for the gekko i already have 200… 100 more to go lmao
