Paul Laurence Briggs is not a smart man or even a man for that matter. This pervert who is a documented sex offender failed to register himself as such in, what I’m assuming is a new town for him, SLC, Utah, but that’s not the worst part. This dumbass left his PMP at a Denny’s where a customer found it and turned it over to the manager who, I’m assuming, took a quick spin to see what was on it and found him/herself some “possible child pornography.” I hope this bastard gets put away for a long time.

I have several comments I am the mother of the child that he did molest back in 1998 and was put in prison for it was not an attempt he molested my child for 2 years off and on! We didn’t find out until she was six years of age. He should have nerver gotten out of prison in the first place. It’s not like these people wake up one day and decide I think I’ll molest someone HELLO!!!!! He’s is a sick pig thank god he left the MP3 player for someone to see maybe it’ll protect someone else from having to live with this issue. Pissed off Mother.
