		<description>Yeah, better to talk some magical language like some witch doctor to avoid having to admit that Blackberry's whole infrastructure just became obsolete, proving IT doesn't care about saving money and making things work better if that have to learn a new device.</description>

		<description>Too late.  My boss walked in with an iPhone the first week it went on sale.  The good news is, iTunes auto-configured mail, etc.  perfectly and we haven't had to spend one minute supporting it.</description>
