They get hammered in these ads and they really have no way to make a counter-point. The general idea is that Vista is a flop. And these commercials just continue to support that belief. Where are the rebuttals from MSFT? Not at the ads in general, but at least something to address this issue. It really says a lot when the response from Redmond is nothing. Maybe their marketing department is too busy laughing at these ads to conjure up a rebuttal. I think they make a great comic duo.
