I thought there was a legal ruling that banned Comcast from blocking torrents. Apparently Comcast is above the law. Within a half hour of starting to download torrents my internet connection dies, not just the torrents, but internet, e-mail, EVERYTHING!!! The only way to restore access is by unplugging my modem, and then everything works fine... until I start downloading a torrent again and it all repeats itself. If this isn't torrent blocking, I don't know what is. And I'm not one of those "handful of people that used extremely excessive amounts of bandwidth every month." I download torrents 3-4 times a month. I would hardly call that excessive. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving and am not the least bit happy about it.
