A favorite pastime of mine would be talking loudly in the presence of some douche wearing a headset, looking at them, then pointing at my own ear and quietly mouthing the words “Oh, are you on a call?”

Most will get a brief sense of their douchieness when they’re forced to admit they’re not. Never fails. It’s like watching an epiphany in slow motion, every time.

I don’t understand, what is the problem with bluetooth headsets?

They are a Godsend when I am driving, just readhing to my ear and pressing a button is much safer than opening my coat, reaching for my belt buckle, undoing the case strap, then fumbling with the touchscreen to accept the call.

Quite useful for online matches on my PS3 as well.
