This Chad so called ex CEO informed in writing the Attorney General of Minnesota that they closed the doors due to the defective units supplied by the Singapore manufacturer and our claim for one AWG which Xziex charged us 3 times of its actual cost would be refunded with shipping costs by Air2Water.

But we find Chad and other two of the gang are very well operating their businesses under same brand in different products.

These units are made in Singapore by Hyflux Group company from where we imported one unit for demo. The unit did not function as claimed by the manufacturer and the document they provided with the machine was totally wrong. We complained these facts to the Singapore Ministry of Industry & Trade and also to the Singapore Prime Minister himself but they did not take any serious action against this manufacturer.
We are now running a world-wide campain to ban and suspend import of all Made in Singapore products and services into the United States and other countries too.

It is high time the Federal Trade Commission take some positive action to suspend operations of all these three men Dan, Chad & Ricky.

Pls advise me further to resolve this racket involving innocent Americans.

This "CHAD" geek is duping people. He purchases and drop ships a legitimate device. However...he holds no patents and he is interested in collecting money. I'm getting ready to collect some from him.

The story continues. My wife and I are no longer Xziex IBO's as of this afternoon. These people have lied to us repeatedly and owe us $2500 for a machine that they had recalled because it doesn't work. They no longer answer the phone or respond to emails. We have filed a complaint against them with the BBB in Minnesota as well as reported them to the MN States Attorneys Office. If you get a chance to meet Tom, Chad, Ricky, or Dan go up and shake their hand to let them know you are aware of their fraudulent activities and it will no longer be accepted in our country. This is the official kickoff of the Xziex will pay campaign.

Read what a real scientist has to say!
http://www.chem1.com/CQ/clusqk.html

Being Educated; what a bummer for Xziex distributors huh... Could have saved thousands of dollars simply buying a de-humidifyer and putting the water through a sediment and or charcoal or carbon filter system.

I use paper filters at 5 microns that cost about $16 from either Home Depot or the local hardware store and charcoal filters cost about $45 now. They used to be cheaper, around $25 or so and shot up 2 years ago, must be coal is in short supply since China is burning it like mad. Will the stupidity never cease to amaze!

I really do not know anything about this company, but I love the concept of saving water, and "tapping in" to a new source. Most people have no idea how badly we are depleting our fresh water supply. This type of technology is needed, especially in arid locations, but we are rapidly depleting our clean water sources everywhere.

Now we also need to stop the pollution of our fresh water supplies in the first place. The biggest polluter? Laundry detergents. Detergents are not soaps, but are actually petrochemicals derived from crude oil. We have to eliminate these petrochemical detergents from getting flushed into our environment.

Think about it...they are not totally rinsed out and are on our skin constantly, day and night. And we are constantly breathing these toxins in. The only time they aren't on our skin is when we are in the shower. After we wash our clothes, we then dump these petrochemicals into the environment, which eventually end up back into our tap water. There is no more pervasive toxin in our life.

Here is an article talking about the "secret" ingredients in detergents (notice they don't list them on the label): http://www.lifenatural.com/laundry-detergent.htm

The Sierra Club is sounding the alarm about Nonylphenol Ethoxylate, which has been banned in the EU and Canada, but is a main ingredient in U.S. laundry detergents. We have to do something now about preserving our irreplaceable fresh water supplies from these toxins and pollutants.

Well the drum goes on beating and everyone is trying to find fault in something that is so good. What a better way to get something out in the open with MLM. I'm always leary about MLM companies, I had checked these guys out in person and find that they are the most co-operative group of three owners I have ever met. The products are great, the structure is great and yes their goal is to have these available all over the world, for everyone. It seems that most people aren't taking this serious about the problems with water and if XZIEX can bring the attention to where it needs to be on Health and make a few bucks than more power to them. I feel it is better spent money on having soomething available for our health, than trying to make the pharmacutical companies rich. I salute everyone at XZIEX and I'm proud to be apart of a company that has moved forward in the marketplace.

I am so excited about this Water From Air Machine. Finally, there is a product that addresses the world wide water crisis. I know here in Georgia water is the hot topic everyone is talking and worried about. People think this is only an issue in third world countries, but it isn't. It is affecting people right here in the United States. I am not sure about this cease and desist, but I know if I owned this technology I would certainly want to protect it.

I also invested in the infomercial, but I actually had great success. The infomercial allowed me to reach people from all over the country. I actually was able to sponsor a number of people that I would have never even met if it wasn't for the infomercial. I salute Dan, Ricky and Chad for all of their hard work and innovative ideas.

Good Luck Guys!

Yes, I am right along with you on that one. My husband and I spent approx. $9,000 with Dan, Chad and Ricky with those promises. IT was a GREAT sell and made all the sense in the world. Wonder why it did not work, oh that's right, they were not running the infomercial like they said they were, they were busy lining their own pockets with money from people they called their friends. Yep, xziex is just another way to help them to further line their pockets from their friends and business associates. Those guys would do better to go into a scamming 101 class. After all they are truly experts.

Xziex Owners Under Investigation for FRAUD in TV Infomercial SCAM!!!

I spent over $7,000 with DAN, RICKY & CHAD on a TV infomercial project like so many others (hundreds of scam victims). They promised we were going to be RICH. Sound familiar? Guess where the money went? To start Xziex, another scheme to defraud innocent consumers.

My business partners and I are working with lawyers to get all of our infomercial monies back, and see that DAN, RICKY & CHAD be held accountable for their criminal behaviour. I hope they read this. What they did was wrong and they need to be held accountable for their actions.

Hello Nick,

Thank you for your reply to my post.
I do wish to clarify my understanding of your comments.

WHO, (what company) are you referring to that makes 'junk' and had '1000 units returned from a buyer in Japan'?
I would like to clarify whom you claim they were.

There was a Cease and Desist notice to Xziex. So, you are mistaken or misinformed. Enclosed is the proof, my friend.
Note, the same law Firm replied on behalf of their client Xziex that also represents WaterPure.
If you want THAT proof, just ask, (or ask your Zxiex CEO.)

I also have a copy of a letter doing a patent review by Mr. Slavin on behalf of his retained client WaterPure.

Further, I have a copy of a TX Arbitration Ruling against Liquid-Aire. The McHale and Slavin Law Firm that stated in writing that those defective machines were bought for resale by...(wanna know?)

Please, realize you may not have what you think.

I do want to hear more from you. If you wish, give me an email or a telephone #, and I will gladly forward what information I have found. I am open minded to your reply would like to see proof of any patent Zxiex claims to have now.
Who makes their machine? Where? Where is their patent?
Why did they quit dealing with WaterPure?

Nick, what can you show me to clearly establish Xziex is NOT infringing upon the patent of Air2water? Would love to see what you have.

Here is the Notice of Cease and Desist to Xziex.
Yes, Nick, your CEO will tell you this was a Notice.
Ask him to send you a copy of the McHale and Slavin reply.
It will enlighten you greatly.
Post that reply for all to see who wish to market Xziex.

CEASE AND DESIST

Dear Gentleman:

This firm is counsel for the above referenced clients in matters relating to the intellectual property rights, specifically in relation to protection of its patent rights. It has recently come to our client's attention that your company is marketing, offering for sale, selling and practicing an invention, Atmospheric Water Generators, that are the subject of several United States patents, PCT patents, European Patents and foreign patents owned by our clients. Further, you are purchasing this machine manufactured from a company, Fujian Yuxian Electronic Equipment Co. (Hendrx), in which WWW has sued for infringement. Fujian Yuxian Electronic Equipment Co. (Hendrx) is manufacturing machines in a country, Peoples Republic of China, that WWW has already obtained two (2) issued patents China-PCT-1 ZL 97193694.3, China-'453 ZL 01110354.X.

The Liquid Aire LA-1, which you call the Xziex Executive II, machines manufactured by Fujian Yuxian or another company is also the subject of an Injunction and Court Order in the Los Angeles Superior Court and the United States District Court Central District. Further, the machines manufactured by Fujian Yuxian were fraudulently manufactured under United States Patents No. 5,669,221 which is owned solely by Worldwide Water/Air2Water. (Please see attachment.) Any Fujian Yuxian LA-1 machines sold by Liquid Aire are the subject of this Injunction and Court Order. If you are found to be selling or have purchased a Fujian Yuxian LA-1 machine sold by Liquid Aire you are subject to this Injunction and Court Order. A Board of Director of both, the Defunct Liquid Aire in Los Angeles and the Liquid Aire of Florida, was informed of and aware of this Injunction and Court Order. In the event you are conspiring to circumvent this Injunction and Court Order by purchasing or selling this machine, you may be found to be in Contempt of a Court Order and in violation of the Injunction issued by both of these Courts.

The Atmospheric Water Generators manufactured by Dong Yang, which you call the Xziex Executive and Xziex Executive Pro you are marketing, selling and distributing appear to be identical in every respect to the our patents and the Xziex Executive II and may be infringing on our issued patents, listed below. In fact the internal diagram on your website shows there is absolutely no difference in the internal workings of these three machines. This letter shall serve as notice that your company immediately CEASE AND DESIST any marketing, advertising for sale, distributing or selling of the Atmospheric Water Generators Xziex Executive and Xziex Executive Pro if your product falls under one or more of the patents listed below.

As you are well aware a patent grants the patentee the exclusive right to make, sell, or use a patented item or process, subject only to the license(s) granted to others by the patentee. Quite simply, anyone other than the patentee, who makes, sells or uses a patented article or process except under valid license from the patentee is guilty of patent infringement.

The machine you are marketing, selling and distributing infringes on our issued U.S. patents, listed below. This letter shall serve as notice that your company immediately CEASE AND DESIST any marketing, advertising for sale, distributing or selling of the Xziex Executive II Atmospheric Water Generators in countries which WWW has patents.

Please consider this correspondence official notice that your making, using, and selling your product falls under one or more of the following United States Patents No. 5,669,221, No. 5,845,504, No. 6,058,718, No. 6,182,453, PCT patents, Peoples Republic of China Patent China-PCT-1 ZL 97193694.3, China-'453 ZL 01110354.X, European Patents, PCT European application #2709675.9, Foreign patents and other patents currently pending constitutes patent infringement. Further, in light of your knowledge about Fujian Yuxian Electronic Equipment Co. your making, using, and selling your product constitutes willful infringement.

This matter can be resolved in an amicable and timely fashion if you respond to this correspondence with written assurances that you will immediately cease and desist all activities related to the making, using, and/or selling of your products under the patents owned by our clients. You may purchase this Atmospheric Water Generators from Worldwide Water/Air2Water.

If you do not respond to this correspondence, our clients will have no choice but to consider pursuing other legal remedies.

Very truly yours,
