The best way to cover an iPhone is SquareTrade. They offer coverage that comes out to about $4 per month AND it covers accidental damage AND water damage. They even let you cancel for a prorated refund. I called them to buy and their CSR was excellent. You can buy through www.squaretrade.com/iphone and also manage all your warranties online. This company rocks! They make it so easy. Based on their reviews, I'm pretty sure I'll have no issues getting a payout if I have a claim,

That's great news. Unfortunately your insurance plan is very limited on who is eligible for coverage:
"WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY OFFERING INSURANCE IN THE FORT MYERS, CAPE CORAL AREA.
PROTECT CELL IS NO LONGER OFFERING ONLINE PURCHASES AT THIS TIME." --InsureYourPhone.com

The only problem is what if you drop it or break it? We found iPhone insurance for mine and my wife's 16GB iPhones through http://www.InsureYourPhone.com Covers us against loss, theft, water damage and breakage. They gave us a lost and found program that pays a reward if we loose one and someone finds it. Beats shelling on $500.00 + for a new one! Your like me. I had a Treo 650w before I switched to the iPhone and I lost it and had to buy a new one. I wasn't going to make the same mistake twice!

If you're worried about losing your iPhone, Rewarding Return (www.RewardingReturn.com) has sticker labels that go on the back of your phone. If you ever lose it, people return it to get a reward. I've lost mine a couple times, and got it back both times. They even pay for the shipping! So awesome...
