Nyko’s Charge Base 360 now on the shelves

We got a note today that the Charge Base 360 is shipped, and you should be able to find them at your local Best Buy. The Charge Base 360 is a charging station that powers up two Xbox 360 controllers at the same time. Smart players would have four controllers: two for head gaming while two more charge up in the background. Then if the power dies mid-frag you could swap out and keep the action going. We love it.

I was wondering if the 360 has a controller charger base like this. I don’t have a 360 but I’ve got a PS3 with a controller charger base like this and I love it. Not only does it keep my controllers charged, but it’s a place to put them when you’re done gaming…no more controllers scattered on the coffee table, or stuck in couch cushions. If/when I get a 360 (which I plan on doing when Fable 2 comes out *splurge*) I’ll most likely get this base charger…or something similar…if I get 2+ controllers of course…
