The Aerosmith version of Guitar Hero is coming, and many rockers are stoked. While Aerosmith isn’t my thing, they have more fans than most bands that appear in music games. The idea of dedicating a whole version of the game to a single band’s greatest hits is a new one, but this won’t be the only time it happens. Indeed a Metallica version is rumored to be in the works.

But this isn’t about the guys that used to have long hair, this is about guys who still do. The Aerosmith game is coming, and we’ve got the set list. It’s not all Aerosmith, the band threw in some covers — and some originals — of bands who’ve influenced them. It makes it more than a game for casual fans, and more something for those who are really, really into Aerosmith.

Hit the jump for the setlist. Thanks to Jeff for the list!

Mott the Hoople: All the Young Dudes
Cheap Trick: Dream Police
Aerosmith: Make It
Aerosmith: Uncle Salty
Aerosmith: Draw the Line
Joan Jett: I Hate Myself for Loving You
The Kinks: All Day and All of the Night
Aerosmith: Movin’ Out
Aerosmith: No Surprize
Aerosmith: Sweet Emotion
The Clash: Complete Control
New York Dolls: Personality Crisis
Aerosmith: Livin’ on the Edge
Aersomith: Ragdoll
Aerosmith: Love in an Elevator
The Cult: She Sells Sanctuary
Run DMC: King of Rock
Aerosmith: Bright Light Fright
Aerosmith: Nobody’s Fault
Run DMC featuring Aerosmith: Walk This Way
Lenny Kravitz: Always on the Run
Black Crowes: Hard to Handle
Aerosmith: Back in the Saddle
Aerosmith: Beyond Beautiful
Aerosmith: Dream On

Dream On as the last track? That sucks. But Walk This Way? Hell yah.
