		<description>Instead of all this termination fee vs. price of the phone discussion, I think the government should force every company to offer the phone without a contract (in addition to any other offer). No contract -&#62; no termination fees -&#62; higher phone price. But then I know exactly what I have to pay and I can compare to other phones. All the bundles are just trying to hide the real costs from the buyer who often has no clue that he will pay far more than he thought. Laws should be made to protect the consumer.</description>
