It is available to buy in the US (ebay is an option), but being it’s still a European phone/version, it seems to be having issues with US 3G/HSDPA (or at least I’m having issues) — if you’d like to see some video reviews and such, check out http://www.jrin.net/2008_06_25/htc-touch-diamond-actual-usage-review
