Does anyone remember that Apple and AT&T held back info like pricing and doled it out during the week before the launch? They did this to build up hype and to get media coverage before the actual launch. In my opinion, they are likely to do this again, possibly with MMS, and this will drive the masses into a frenzy before the launch.

Hey! I, or, more appropriately, my friends and family actually use MMS. It's a real pain when my wife sends me a picture and I have to find a computer, log into viewmymessage.com, and view a compressed 2x2 picture. Honestly, I've considered dumping my iPhone for the BB 9000. However, if they can retro-fit my Gen 1 iPhone with MMS, I'll stick with it. Or, even upgrade to the iPhone 2.0.

The MMS support (pricing) was curiously already notified for the "iPhone1" on the Apple Store/AT&T Rate Plans last year >>> http://www.nowhereelse.fr/?p=2870
