Rumor: Innolux sending touch panels to Apple

Not much to this rumor, and not much to support it either, but that’s what makes rumors go, right? According to Digitimes, the touchscreen manufacturer Innolux is rumored to have received orders from Apple for some of its capacitive touchscreens.
The company says they will be shipping soon but would not comment on the Apple thing. They also said the size of the panels was not finalized yet. I’m thinking about 20 inches, what about you?

20 inches? no. wtf is anyone going to do with a touchscreen iMac? seriously, that would be a fad that would wear off quick. 5-7″ apple MID tablet. newton 2k9

You’re almost certainly right, but don’t you think a lot of chumps would shell out for a touchscreen desktop?
