Sensics make their HMD's with OLED displayes which are extremly light and do not flicker.
Their top of the line model costs something like 500k dollars and shows 4200x2400 pixel per eye.

If you want something more reasonable, for $27.5k you can get one which shows 2400x600 pixels per eye. (120 degrees horizontal FOV)
That's twice as many as the one featured in the article above for a third of the price and considerably lighter.</description>
