		<description>Hi am Erin I work for a counseling center. I just wanted to say we have leased 6 xw4550workstations in September 2008, it is only June 2009 and we have had 3 hard drive crashes with no resolve of our problems. We have spent hours on the phone with support techs trying to figure out the cuase and to resolve this matter. Each time we call it is hours of time spent with the techs to set up for new hard drives. this is with a 3 year warrenty. Waiting for the techs in our area to call to schedule a time to switch the hard drive out. After that calling hp again to install the software back on our computers because that is not something they do. I have actually been told by hp tech to take apart the computer myself to diagnose the problem. There customer service is disapointing. Great deals bad service and products.</description>
