-Fred, I have seen the 3m projector and I completly dissagree! I thought the Microvision was so much crisper and vibrant than both the optoma and the samsung mock-ups. You don't need to see them to know that though. Just look up the specs, microvision beats oth in EVERY SINGLE SPEC.

3M is the only projector I know of that is in manufacturing. They're already launching with Samsung. I've seen the projector at CES. 3M's is far superior than any others. Microvision and others are too far behind.

I havn't seen the Microvision projector in person but I have seen the Optoma Texas Instruments projector and I must say I was'nt very impressed with it. It was WAY too dim. I am excited about these ne gadjets though! We'll see I guess!

Yes... microvision would be the best partner.
I wouldn't be surprised if Dell bought Microvision. Eventually all of their laptops will have embedded projectors, and in terms of quality Miocrovision is best.

.. that is if a large automobile manufacturer doesn't swipe them up first, because eventually cars will all have HUD's (Head's Up Displays.. like... graphics in the windshield).

I hope that Dell is working with Microvision! They have the best projector and they've been very mysterious about who they've signed with.
