		<description>Question:  Does plasma torch produce CO2?  Is so, perhaps it could be used to grow algae as biofuel..  It&#039;s my understanding that CO is produced by the plasma torch.. How difficult is it to convert CO to CO2?  I think there is a lot of research going on with algae as biofuel,especially at coal-fired electric power plants with abundant emissions of CO2.
