		<description>I wonder how their seismic network compares with those set up in other countries?  Have they ever worked with or approached QuakeFinder in CA to further their research into precursors?  You&#039;d think their government would be very interested in trying to find a way to know a quake is coming BEFORE the shaking.  Seismic sensors will only tell you once it has begun.</description>
