The electric bikes are a godsend for those of us with less-than-youthful joints or cardiac insufficiency, and allows us to get some excercise on a practical and enabling vehicle, where we might otherwise climb in an automobile. It is supposed to do about 20 miles on my battery but doesn't manage more than 12 now. I really need a bike that will go further because I just want to go further, especially on holiday.
