		<description>No....AT&#38;T has exclusive rights to the iphone, you need to hack the phone. Not that hard to do anymore.....just download the software and make sure you don't update the device through itunes</description>

		<description>Does this mean you can use the new iPhone 3G with a T-mobile sim card without having to unlock the phone itself?  Or will you still have to unlock it until some magical way T-mobile will also sell the iPhone along with AT&#38;T?
