I was surfing BestBuy's website and it said, "Vista Compatible......No." Maybe it's just referring to the software that comes with it? (Which I don't really care to use anyway). MX20's video fomat is H.264 (good thing~) It is also easy interface and good swivel hand-grip. I think it's suitable for making homevideo easily. plus, the price tag is affordable, too. MX20 looks very similar to MX10.
