AT&T has updated its maps showing its 3G coverage areas. The ones from yesterday were apparently from March.

For whatever reason, AT&T’s site is slow as grim death, so loading the new map may take you a while.

Remember: AT&T is constantly expanding its 3G coverage, and says it’ll have the top 350 cellphone markets covered before the end of the year.

[Update]: Hello everyone. I thought I’d poke in here and give you an update on the iP3G. AT&T’s 3G network is wicked fast and I’m thoroughly impressed with it. I had my doubts considering I live in a concrete jungle and the 2G had a lot of problems connecting in the past. Kudos AT&T. -Peter

  • Gotta Love AT&T, I live in the big white spot, with no state name listed,(SD). To show how backwoods we are, we dont even have an AT&T store in South Dakota. Hope since Alltel got bought out by Verizon, maybe we can get AT&T, to dream…haha.

  • If only they stick 3G in Erie, PA and then fill it in everywhere between their and Pittsburgh. I would be pumped. That would cover everywhere I do driving. Pandora App on 3G from Pittsburgh to Erie would be sweeeeeeeeet.

  • Doesn’t not work with Firefox 3 (at least it didn’t for me)
Works fine with Microsoft Internet Explorer.

I don’t know why I feel compelled to report this, since I guess most Firefox users are used to having to resort to IE at times.

    ah well….
