Circuit City has a 15.4-inch Acer Extensa laptop for $399.99 with no rebate-like strings attached. It’s a Circuit City Outlet item, so supplies might be a tad limited.

Specs look pretty nice: Dual-core Intel processor, 120GB hard drive, 1GB RAM, DVD burner, and Vista Home Premium. I’d upgrade the RAM right away but other than that, it looks like it’s good to go. Again, it’s an outlet item so they might not last long.
