A few months ago, it was percolating around the net that the upcoming Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe would have “little to no blood and no fatalities.” I can’t speak to the lack of fatalities based on the above trailer, but it does appear that there’s a fair amount of bloodletting.

If there is a fight between a mortal vs an immortal, how could a mortal ever even come close to winning - it’s impossible!

Wow, I didn’t expect there to be fatalities. I mean, I coulden’t see DC comics agreeing to having their characters’s heads ripped off, sliced to pieces, or burned to ashes.
Likewise, I can’t see how they would allow Superman to brutally and graphically murder someone…
However, gameplay looks very stale and slow.
