Word is out that TiVo is sending its summer update (ahead of schedule, yeah!) to TiVo HD and Series 3 DVRs. v9.4 gives you six new features, including the ability to play or delete a folder, browse the guide at any time, even while watching live TV, a recording or even downloading and easier access to closed captioning. The update should hit all machines by the end of the month.
