Police and courts would not be able to confiscate the tracking data without a subpoena. It would be highly unlikely for an officer to go to the trouble of requesting a subpoena for prosecution of a speeding violation.

Uh oh, I'm worried about whether they'll be able to start using this against us. That's the last thing I need, my GPS telling the cops how fast I drive.

Hope he wins.
