I don't know what kind of prices they'll give, but worth having a look when they launch. I guess if your laptop arrived cracked it could have been done by the postal service. It's a tough call but I don't think they would deliberately try to scam you - but it's a case of either you or them being responsible for damage during postage - and sadly that is the responsibility of the seller.
