Sure it lacks a hard drive and comes with a wired controller, but it’s only $170! Wait. What the heck do you do with an Xbox 360 that’s sans HDD? Another stinker is the two-month warranty. Yikes.

Is a hard drive necessary for the Netflix streaming, or for acting as a Media Center extender? Because $170 is pretty cheap compared to most media center extenders, especially when you consider it plays games too.
definitely necessary….. but you can always install your own. google it up, you can put like a 250GB HDD in there.
I’d just be worried because of some red ring of death issues.
