That is so funny! I put it on my blog then I worried if people would think I’m some kind of Hitler supporter. Paranoia and controversy and Twitter all converging into one!!! Thank you all so much for making this, it’s the funniest thing I’ve seen in a long time.

That video is so priceless I just added “Tweeple” to The Addictionary. That’s got a shot of making it into Websters - or at the very least The Jon Stewart show.

Not that creative, seeming as Downfall has been subtitled as a parody to Xbox Live and iSketch already. Nevertheless, I like the Twitter addition :)

Sorry , cant agree with most of these posts. And I definitely have a senses of humour Yet, if you understood German you would not find it funny at all what Hitler is telling his Generals in the last days of the Third Reich.
Hitler was a mass murder not only killing 12 million in the Camps but being directly responsible for the deaths another 8 million Germans, Austrian civilians and military soldiers as well as 20 million Russians and millions of other European.
And, it this part of the movie, “The Downfall” he is saying that all these children soldiers and they were children at the end should die in their own blood since they could not defend him and win the war. Not comical, not funny, what a shame Hitler has become almost a member of a pop culture when he and Joseph Stalin who were two of the most evil people to walk the face of the Earth can now seems comical.

Gregory should really stay away from the web. It might hurt his feelings.
That and ABOUT FREAKING TIME you guys agreed with me. Twitter is nothing more than live journal cubed. Twitterbation is bad for your health — don’t want you guys going cross-eyed on me now.

Nahnah nah, NO! Its not in good taste to use Hitler for faux marketing genius even as so called gallows humour.
Right idea maybe but a bad execution. remember you are riding the shirt tails of a man who sent millions to their deaths
You know youre onto a bad thing when people ask ‘what movie is this from’
not to mention its Copyrighted work. Not that I didnt laugh at the initial premise, as a quick gag it might have worked but
it quickly loses its paunch

You can use copyrighted works in a piece of satire. This qualifies whether you find it in good taste or poor.

I think Gregory, Mach and Meik ought to get together and have a party. Though maybe they’re better off attending a wake given their complete absence of a sense of humour. This world is serious enough already - LIGHTEN UP!

I had read all comments before, and I’m agree with every part that defend or accuse the clip. Maybe if producers dubbed the audio with voice saying what is in subtitles was more funny and creative. Still so, that’s show our frustration about Twitter, and our fight for freedom in which a tool that eat our lives, try to stop us, to limit our friendship, due to their problems.
