Accroding to his Netflix source, the company didn’t ship any DVDs on Tuesday, only a few Wednesday, and none so far today. We’ll pass on the latest news as soon as we get it.

hmmmm. how fortunate since they just sent out the 1 free month email offer for all those involved in the Chavez vs. Netflix class action lawsuit. Nice way to limit the number of DVDs shipped to those who take advantage of the free month.
good thing i have the ROKU box for streaming, and this outage hasn’t effect that end of the business.
They did say they were crediting accounts, so maybe not as much as a conspiracy as you think?
Netflix always seems to have one issue or another. UK’s Lovefilm seems to be a more reliable service! I know Lovefilm is slightly different but I cannot really compare it to another service.
Just got an email from netflix that they will credit back 15%. For a week not getting any DVD that’s a poor attempt to make up for it. If they don’t come up with a better offer, I hope more people are reporting their next DVD as lost to show their appreciation to netflix that way.
