Psystar ‘Definitely still shipping’ Mac clones

Despite Apple’s end user licensing agreement expressly forbidding the installation or sales of its operating systems on third-party hardware, Psystar is ‘still shipping‘ the computers. And don’t forget they now come with a restore disk.

Correction: The Restore disks don’t come with OSX. It will help you install OSX via the Retail OSX DVD that was purchased along side the computer.
From Psystar website, “allow them to reinstall their OS directly from the Leopard DVD included with their computer”
Restore disk probably similar to EFI-X USB Dongle.
