Looking at a terrain map of the south, the mountain chains pretty much open out into the southern states of GA, AL and the Carolinas. Flatter areas mean more accessibility by humans. This is the second supposed sighting in 2008. Even if it is a hoax, why are the hoaxes and sightings getting more frequent? The creature that we know as Bigfoot has almost got to exist. The sightings in Georgia and the sighting in Arkansas are the lowest that there have been in the U.S. most recorded sightings have happened all further north in the U.S. I have not researched this particular sighting, but it would seem we don't know enough about it yet.
