The crashing is a pain. But the iPhone is still far and away better than any phone or PDA (and a lot of computers!) that I've ever used. The expectations people have of this thing are laughable. Yes, there are devices that outdo the iPhone in their niches, but there's nothing out there that does this much this well. At the end of the day, it's still just another electronic device, and electronic devices are going to have flaws. Breathe into a paper bag people. So the iPhone isn't perfect; it's not the end of the world. (Sorry, had to rant somewhere, and this is where I happened to be. No offense intended.) Agreed. The crashing is a pain.
