Sarcastic Gamer hits the nail on the head and then takes it out for a drink and a movie. The Wii, as we all know, is popular with kids who have not yet full gestated and, as a result, Wii Music doesn’t look quite as hard core as, say, Rock Band 2 or spending an afternoon on a swing set. Here’s hoping.

Not for the hardcore enthusiasts definitely. But I’d like to get one for parties!
Hehe. Yeah, it’s a whole new way of experiencing music.
But the mindless brainwashed lemmings are the ones buying Rock Band and Guitar Hero. Those aren’t games, those are the actual diahrea games, where you aren’t able to improvide, where you aren’t able to put feeling into the music, but where you just have to follow 3 or 4 stupid note instructions precisely to score points. That’s diahrea.
Wii Music could be combined with a Wii DS game so you can compose your own songs and then perform them or instruct the Wii Orchestra that performs it. Putting all sorts of feeling into the music.
I guess the hardcore gamers that critisize Wii Music are more like hardcore dumbasses that have actually no idea what music should be about. If hardcore gamers are idiots that find GTA, Guitar Hero, Final Fantasy or Warcraft to be good games, well I’m happy not to have to call myself a stupid brainwashed typically US-based hardcore gamer.
