Its China, the writing on the side of the car is Chinese, and even Autoblog says its Chinese.
Its China alright, but something tells me this is a shoop.
I think that is a writers’ technique of getting attention with intentionally mistake “.cn” as Japan.
I don’t know about anyone else, but regular plastic barricades keep me from hitting the sides of the road. I wonder why the Chinese feel the need to waste so much cement. Perhaps because they have it to waste these days.
