You’re missing the entire point of the ad. It may be bad marketing because you didn’t get it, but the point is “People will talk about the Jawbone in your ear, not your disgusting boob job or your plastic face”. People seeing that woman in the subway “would talk” and the advertisement is saying that because of the addition of the jawbone, they would look past the ugly and see the headset.

I wish you hadn’t shown that butt ugly face. I was about to say they didn’t make me want a Jawbone, but that they made me want more boobs, and then I saw that face and any thought disappeared.
