They then target other companies and try and seek some type of compensation. If the said company doesn't budge (and trust me, Sony won't) they then try suing them and gaining some media ground on the company. Likely this will end in some sort of agreement out of court with a decent financial compensation, but if there is little ground to it, this company will retract their suit and Sony will stomp them into the ground. Especially so long after the said infringements originally started occurring. the PS3 is what, 2 years old and they just now got around to this? BS.
