"Old" people of 53 have often been using computers longer than some technicians have been alive. Some are even capable of borrowing other lap tops, as my client, Carol Sinclair did, to test their internet. She borrowed four, to be precise, before even calling Aliant. And she called her computer expert, who tested with a fifth computer. This is what lead her to the certainty that the problem was with Aliant. That and the fact that Aliant had undergone major restructuring, had laid off 500 managers, and that this had caused interrupted service of her phones in two locations as well as her internet, and the internet and phone services of thousands.

As proved in court, there was no threat made, and no attempt at restraining or retaining this troubled young man against his will. It was demonstrated, however, that this fellow has lost his job, for which he was demonstrably unqualifed, and has a great flare for melodrama.

He may have a career in theatre and my client could certainly teach computer skills, having had more than two decades of full time experience with both mac and pc products on two university faculties.

This, despite being "old" and female !

Those Canadians are way to easy to offend and scare... I mean, come on! How scary could a 50 years old woman be? You did get out of the house... right? Quit your bitching, Canandian ISP Technician and fix her computer already!
