Sure, you could probably make the above cardboard storage box yourself and save $12, plus $3 shipping. But you’d have to drive to your local DIY cardboard box-making store, hope that they have the DIY hard drive cardboard box kit in stock, and then drive all the way home. Then you’d be in for a few hours worth of measuring, cutting, and folding. The cycle never ends – I see it all the time.
So you could do all the driving and folding stuff or just buy one of these from Brando.

I’ve got about three “loose” IDE drives stacked on top of each other in the closet. Works fine. But maybe this box is good for something else. Like remote controls. Or to hold my hot pockets while I’m gaming.
Where’s the top? What are teh dimensions? I’m moving, which makes my current stack on the closet floor somewhat impossible.
Does a lid come with these?
Yes, they do have lidded versions, cheaper too :-p
TimeOfPost they were $7.00
Give me the link – PLEASE!!!
