Tivo getting YouTube subscriptions, channels, Favorites
by Devin Coldewey on September 4, 2008

Here’s one sector where fierce competition has helped the consumer: set-top boxes. Everybody’s competing over how many features they can fit in their box, and for how cheap — instead of just figuring out the best way to chisel us at every turn. Tivo is continuing a good thing here by making the whole YouTube subscription and channel service part of their own. Now you can keep up with those amazing Anime music videos much more easily.

Thanks for the tip, noble Anonymous!
