Capacity junkies and pro photographers, pay attention; everyone else can causally move on. The latest flavor in SanDisk’s long line of Extreme media cards has been boosted up to a whopping 32GB and 30MB/s read/write speed. The admission price is kind of high at $299, but if you are the type that needs a super fast 32GB CF card, that’s what you’re going to pay – at least until the price drops.

So is that a “reed/write” speed or read/write speed? And what is the sticker price on this bad boy?
i see you fixed it… lol
Okay, does it “write” A.K.A. record in the camera RAW images at 200X or is it that it “reads” recorded images at 200X or both?
Reason I ask is I bought the LEXAR 300X and it’s hard to tell if it’s faster when I shoot with my CANON 1DS in RAW, which is always.
It’s way faster off loading to the computer with my FW800 CF reader. I have a couple of San Disk III’s and IV’s as well and I always have to wait after 4 or more sequential frames even with the LEXAR 300X.
