Step 3 
There are 2 phillips screws that need to be removed in this step (they are visible). Pop the dock module out and remove one last screw.  This isn&#039;t clear to me.  I&#039;ve taken out the two screws and tried some pressure very carefully but the module won&#039;t move.  Sounds like you are saying take out only one screw then take out the module.  Why is this? Why not just take out the two screws at the same time?  I&#039;ve spent a couple hours on the web looking for clear instructions on how to disassemble the 4G-not much luck yet.</description>
