Kid asks for Photoshop help, gets hilarious results

The Premise: A young man reaches out to an online forum for help, asking people to retouch an old photo that he wants to make into a birthday present for his father.
The Result: A few people retouch the photo for him, though not at all as he planned. Hilarity ensues. A word of caution that at least one of the photos is NSFW.

Any idea where I can get one done.
I am doing a website about disability rights. Its at http://www.theysuckedhisbrainsout.com
I named it this as thats how I feel when I get abused due to my disability, eg why should we employ someone of YOUR KIND, and I am after a picture of me redone so it looks like I have had my brains sucked out Starship Troopers style.
Can anyone advise on a good place to ask?
