The 360-degree video camera is a good thing! A great thing! It can cover you at every angle and in everyway!

I think it is more likely this is designed so those being observed can’t tell if a camera’s pointing at them. This also explains why its windows seems to be tinted, not all hide a camera.

If so this doesn’t detract from, as you say the feasibility of building and deploying a 360 degree system like this.
