As someone who has dealt with them in the past, I can say this is nothing new. I can't say why though without getting sued. What you really need to know is this. On the Apple comercials, you know, with the I'm a Mac, I'm a PC guys. Apple in no way is represented by the "cool" guy. Apple is very much the guy in the suit. Actually, a much more expensive suit.
