		<description>In Boston they started putting computerized caps on Taxi cabs that cycle through news stories and whatnot, maybe 5 or 6 years ago, and I swear I&#039;ve seen about a dozen of them over the years with various errors, between the standard teal windows background with a dialog box that says &quot;Windows has encountered a fatal error *blahblahblah*&quot; to a full-on BSOD. Makes me laugh every time. Ah, the memories...</description>
