Although the iPhone didn’t turn out to be a superhit in Japan, some local programmers have come up with interesting ideas for the device in the last months, i.e. to use it as a futuristic tagging and information terminal.
Now anonymous Japanese blogger technohippy [JP] (who just calls himself an oppai enjinia – boob engineer) comes up with paiTouch (boobTouch), a breast simulation for the iPhone. Technohippy already released his simulation as a Google gadget and also experimented with augmented reality [JP].
Try the boob simulation out here (Flash app with English instructions). Strangely safe for work.

wow, just wow…
Serkan is on a boob tip… so to speak
cool!
Feminists aren’t like this (they think it’s objectifying the female body).
But couldn’t this be used for positive purposes, such as teaching women how to self-examine for breast cancer, or teaching men how to self-examine for testicular cancer?

Your logic is kind of crap. Being a woman who does BSEs, I don’t recall there being any jiggling or extreme poking and prodding with fingers as part of the regimine. And how do breasts teach anything about testicles?
And you’re right – us feminists aren’t crazy about it. Because we don’t get why people (primarily men) see breasts as a novelty or a plaything, or why they’re so fetishized. They’re basically just teats, for chrissakes.
Yours might be “just teats”. Usually explains why people (primarily women) are feminists. “I’m ugly, you’ll have to die for it.”
Jeez, how… pathetic and creepy.
