I wear mine almost every day of the year with the sleeves removed in the summer. I don't travel often, but being able to just take off the jacket and put it through the X-Ray machine with everything in it is awesome. My pockets are filled with the little things that I use for my job every day. It's a lot like having a military tactical vest, but looks nice enough that I can wear it around work and out do dinner without getting weird stares.
