I'm not aware of any other mice that currently use a miniature touch panel to accomplish the 4-way movement achieved with the roller ball on the Mighty Mouse. I JUST had to replace my old bluetooth Mighty Mouse because of all the crud that builds up under the roller ball. I keep my work area very clean, but it's just inevitable.
